Healthcare professionals must follow strict clinical procedures while responding quickly in high-pressure situations. Traditional training methods can make it difficult to replicate real-world medical environments.
To improve learning outcomes, we developed an Augmented Reality (AR) simulation programme deployed across 12 hospital sites. Nurses and healthcare staff accessed interactive clinical scenarios on tablets, allowing them to practice infection control, patient handling, and emergency response safely.
The learning platform integrated xAPI tracking with the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS), enabling administrators to monitor learner progress and assess training effectiveness.
By combining immersive technology with real-time analytics, hospitals delivered standardized clinical training while improving staff confidence and patient safety.
